RAM & SSD Upgrades Dell Latitude D600

) Hello, I currently posess a Dell Latitude D600 notebook with 1.4ghz CPU, so far I was pretty happy with the performance, but one of my recent projects asks for as much CPU power on the go as possible (Math calculations).

In particular i had my eye on the 745 (1.8ghz) or maybe even 755 model (2ghz) CPUs. I know that Dell sells D600 with 745 (1.8ghz) Dothans today, and I can imagine that Dell did not do any major changes to the D600 mobo / cooling system to adapt 745.
